Paula Deen’s Pot Roast

3 lb Chuck Roast 1 Onion, thinly sliced 3 Bay Leaves 3 or 4 beef bouillon cubes 2 cloves garlic – crushed 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted salt and pepper 1/4 to 1/2 cup Chardonnay Wine. Place roast in crockpot.

Layer onion, bay leaves, bouillon cubes, garlic, mushroom soup, and seasonings on top of roast.

Add wine. Cook low for 8 hours. Add veggies and or potatoes in the crockpot also for extra fixins.
